Walk-in patients are welcome Monday - Friday from 8:30 am - 12:00 pm and 1:30 pm - 4:30 pm.

In 2024 we are closed

• January 1 for New Years Day

• April 1 for Easter

• May 27 for Memorial Day

• July 4 for Independence Day

• September 2 for Labor Day

• November 28 for Thanksgiving

• December 24 (closed afternoon) and December 25 (close all day) for Christmas.  We are open from 8:30am-12:00pm December 24.

• January 1 (2025) for New Years

Tips for quicker visits

​

To expedite your visit we now accept requests for medication refills by email.  Please allow 2 business days for prescription refills requested by email.  Email HighlandAnimalRefills@gmail.com.  Please include:

• First and last name on your chart

• Your phone number

• Your pet's name

• The medication to be refilled

• The quantity requested

We will pull your chart, get a veterinarian's approval for the medication requested, call you at the number provided in your email request to take credit card payment over the phone, and fill your prescription.  When you receive a call from us for payment you will know your medicine is ready for pick up.​
